How we handle your details
Short version: we use what you send us to quote your build, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send us a build we store your name, business name, email address, phone number, indicative timeline, any notes you write, and the configuration and pricing of the build itself.
We also store the time you gave consent, your browser's user-agent string and the page that referred you, so we can tell a genuine enquiry from an automated one.
Why we collect it
To email you your build, to call you to confirm scope, and to quote the work. Nothing else.
We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Ask us to delete yours earlier and we will.
Your control
Email help@ctrlroom.digital to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We respond within five business days.
