TRACK YOUR BUILD.
See how your work moves from brief to launch.
Every confirmed CTRL ROOM project moves through six clear stages, from Discovery through to Support. Once your project is confirmed, you'll receive a unique build code on your estimate. Enter it below anytime to see where your build is, what stage it's in, and what happens next — no login, no chasing updates, no status meetings.

- What happens
- A 30–45 minute call. We go through what your business does, who buys from you, and what's currently getting in the way. Then we write the scope.
- What we need from you
- Access to whatever exists now, and an honest answer about your deadline and budget.
- What you get
- A written scope with fixed pricing, and a build you can see in the configurator.
- What happens
- We design the pages that matter — home, the money page, and one inside page — in full detail. Everything else follows those patterns.
- What we need from you
- Your logo and brand files if you have them, and one round of consolidated feedback.
- What you get
- Clickable designs for desktop and mobile, and a sign-off you can point back to.
- What happens
- We build the pages, wire up forms, payments and integrations, and load your content. You can watch it fill in as we go.
- What we need from you
- Copy, images and product data — or the go-ahead for us to write and source them.
- What you get
- A private staging site that updates as the build progresses.
- What happens
- We test on real phones and desktops, submit every form, run test transactions, check speed, and fix what we find before you see it.
- What we need from you
- A final read of your own content, and test details for anything we can't access.
- What you get
- A written test pass, plus a short list of anything we recommend changing.
- What happens
- We point the domain, install the certificate, map old URLs to new ones, and connect analytics and Search Console. Then we watch it for the rest of the day.
- What we need from you
- Domain and DNS access, or your host's login, at least 24 hours before launch.
- What you get
- A live site, a redirect map, and admin access to everything in your own name.
- What happens
- For 30 days we fix anything that isn't behaving. After that you can take a care plan, pay hourly, or run it yourself.
- What we need from you
- A message when something looks wrong. Screenshots help.
- What you get
- 30 days of fixes, your documentation, and no lock-in of any kind.
